Crispy green beans

  • 1 lb green beans (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup parmesan, grated
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • some olive oil
    Instructions
  • 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
  • 2. Mix almond flour, parmesan, salt, paprika and chili in a sealable container
  • 3. Lightly whisk egg
  • 4. Dip the beans in eggwash
  • 5. Toss beans in almond/cheese coating
  • 6. Drizzle some olive oil on a baking sheet
  • 7. Place beans on baking sheet, and drizzle some more olive oil on beans
  • 8. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crispy, flip occasionally
