Yes, it seems I have been lazy these days, but the contrary is true.

I have now also started exercising as part of my regimen. I do Country Line Dance at least for 1.5 hours twice a week and I also picked up rollerblading recently.
My weight has not changed that much since my last update, but my waist circumference is decreasing. So, i guess it’s the muscles I gained in the last weeks… let’s hope, the trend continues.
Will keep y’all posted, maybe not as regularly as before but I am eager to continue this lifestyle and enjoy my new body experience!
