Thai beef steak strips

  • 1 tbsp ground coriander seeds
  • 1/3 cup erythritol
  • 2 tbsp tamari soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 thai chili, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 lb beef (flank steak)
  • 1/2 lb green beans
  • salt and pepper to taste
    Instructions
  • 1. Place beef in the freezer for around 30-40 minutes
  • 2. Mix coriander, erythritol, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, chili and sesame oil in a bowl until well combined
  • 3. Remove steak from freezer and slice thinly across the grain.
  • 4. Place steak in a sealable bowl, pour marinade over steak, and toss to coat.
  • 5. Marinate for around 1 hour.
  • 6. Cook beans in lightly salted water until done.
  • 5. Pan fry beef for 1-2 minutes
  • 6. Add beans and pan fry for another minute.
  • 7. Season to taste with salt & pepper
